Refunds and cancellation
Updated: September 7, 2026
The free KidiPass plan needs no credit card and nothing to cancel. A Pro subscription can be cancelled at any moment, by yourself, without talking to anyone. The one rule to remember: cancel where you bought.
Two payment rails — and where you cancel on each
Purchased on the website (credit card)
How to cancel
- Open the parent dashboard in your browser and sign in.
- Settings → My account.
- Press "Cancel subscription" and confirm.
What happens next
Auto-renewal stops immediately and the standing order on the card is cancelled. Pro access stays until the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to the free plan. Learning data, child profiles, and settings remain.
What "refund" means here
Cancelling stops the next charge; it is not an automatic refund of a charge already made. A refund request for a charge already made — including under the 14-day cancellation right — is handled manually by support: we cancel the standing order, issue a credit note, and refund the card or transfer the amount to your bank.
Receipts
The receipt is issued by the payment processor Sumit and emailed to the purchasing parent on every charge. If a receipt did not arrive, write to support and we will resend it.
Purchased inside the app (Google Play)
How to cancel
- Open the Google Play app on the Android device.
- Account menu → Subscriptions.
- Choose KidiPass and press "Cancel subscription".
What happens next
Google stops the renewal. Pro access stays until the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to the free plan. Learning data remains.
What "refund" means here
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled by Google under its refund policy, not by us. You can request one from the Google Play order history or from Google support. We are glad to help you get to the right place.
Receipts
The receipt is sent by Google to the email address of the Google account that made the purchase, and is also available in the Google Play order history.
Cancellation rights under Israeli consumer law
A KidiPass subscription is sold as a distance-selling transaction and as a continuing transaction, so the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations apply.
- 14 days
- The transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction date or of receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later.
- Continuing transaction
- The subscription may be stopped at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge, and where the law requires a pro-rata refund for a paid but unused period, we will make it.
- Cancellation fee
- The law permits a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower. KidiPass does not charge a cancellation fee.
- Extended right
- People with disabilities, senior citizens, and new immigrants have an extended cancellation right of up to four months from the transaction, under the conditions set out in the law. Write to support about this.
How to give notice of cancellation
The fastest way is the button on the account screen. You may also send a cancellation notice by email or WhatsApp — include the name and the email address on the account.
