We reply within one business day, usually much sooner. Sunday to Thursday, during the day. Messages that arrive on a weekend or an Israeli holiday are answered the next business day.
Before you write — three lines that save us a round trip
- Your child's device model (for example: Samsung Galaxy A15, Xiaomi Redmi 12)
- The Android version (Settings → About phone → Android version)
- Which screen it happened on, and what exactly you saw — a screenshot beats any description
If it's about billing or cancellation, tell us which email address you signed up with and we'll be faster.
