The service and intended audience KidiPass is an educational app for children ages 3–12, combining a screen-time gate with personalized practice. The service is intended for use by children under parental supervision. 2. Parent account and responsibility The account is created and managed by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. The parent is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential, for activity in the account, and for supervising the child's use. The parent represents that they are authorized to provide the child's information. 3. Acceptable and prohibited use You may use the service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. Prohibited: misuse, attempts to bypass security measures or the screen-time gate, infringing third-party rights, or using the service unlawfully. 4. Subscriptions, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds The service is offered in a free tier and a subscription (Pro) tier. A trial period, if offered, ends automatically. Subscription purchases, charges, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed through your Google Play account and subject to Google Play policies. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via Google Play settings. 5. Ownership of content The learning content, questions, and materials generated by the system are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the content within the service only. 6. Limitation of liability The service is provided "AS IS". AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; we make reasonable efforts toward quality but do not guarantee full accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. 7. Changes to terms We may update these terms from time to time. A material change will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance. 8. Governing law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction. 9.
